FUBU HAIR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY 

Thank you for patronizing us with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order upon receipt, you may return the item to us for a refund or exchange.

RETURNS

All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of the order delivery date.

REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns must meet the following criteria.

  1. Hair must NOT have been installed, colored, cut, or altered in any manner so as not to affect onward sales
  2. The hair must be in its original bundle and not be untied at the top
  3. The hair must be in its original packaging.
  4. Provide an original packing slip,
  5. Provide a FUBUHAIR.COM Order or Shipping Confirmation email.

CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED

Your return will be processed according to this refund and exchange policy. Any products not verifiable within our system will be ineligible for a refund, exchange, or credit.

Please do not send unauthorized returns. We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address.

HOW TO MAKE AN APPLICATION FOR A REFUND/ EXCHANGE:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return package must include: Your name, Your contact number, and order ID

Exchange: Merchandise must be physically received at our corporate office and confirm all items are correct before a return can be granted.

Refund: Merchandise must be physically received at our corporate office and all items confirmed correct before a return can be granted. Then we will refund the purchase amount of the product but not the shipping cost.

 

Shipping Fee:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method (UPS, FedEx, USPS., etc.)  to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow us at least 3-10 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If the return is due to the buyer’s responsibilities (such as don’t like/want, ordering wrong products/sizes), we may deduct approximately $20 from your refund as restocking fee/handling fee. The $20 fee may also be charged on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “un-deliverable” address.

If you paid with Klarna, Afterpay, Shop Pay and FUBU Hair receives your returned item within 7 days of receipt, the purchase price minus other incurred charges will be refunded to a credit or debit card of your choice. This refund will NOT be applied to your Klarna or Afterpay account and you MUST continue to make payments to Klarna or Afterpay per the original agreement.

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected]. obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address:
