We ship your order within 48 hours of receiving it,

Business Days & Holidays

All orders are processed and shipped from Mondays to Fridays, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

FUBUHAIR.COM is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any carrier delays.

Please be advised that any incorrect billing and/or shipping information opted by the customer will cause delays. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not issue refunds or credits regarding these matters.

 

Multiple Shipments

To better service our clients, we use merchandise inventory from all our FUBU HAIR fulfillment centers, warehouses across the country. You will receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations. You will receive notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternately, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment. Your credit card will be charged when your order is packaged and ready to be shipped. If you are receiving your order in multiple shipments, your credit card may be charged multiple times as we only charge your credit card when the product you ordered is packaged and ready to be shipped.

 

Parcel Forwarding Services

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. FUBU HAIR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email. To track an order on FUBUHAIR.COM, visit the Account Information area. You will need to sign in to access your account information. Title to the products in your order is transferred from FUBU HAIR to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from FUBU HAIR to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy

For your convenience, you will see the expected delivery date for your order when you select a delivery option, on the Order Confirmation page, on the Order Details page, and on the Order Confirmation email.

PO Box

If you are shipping to a US PO box, we offer USPS Priority standard shipping. USPS Priority Standard shipping is FREE for FUBU HAIR We regret that we are unable to offer expedited shipping to PO box addresses. Orders to PO Box addresses may be delivered on weekends.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to the strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processed or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.

 

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping rate shall be calculated at point of check out. FUBU HAIR may offer free shipping on certain orders.

INTERNATIONAL MAIL $ Fee is calculated upon checkout

Estimated arrival time can take more than 10 BUSINESS DAYS (does not include Saturday or Sunday or Holidays or Customs Procedures.

About Tax

  1. If customs duties are imposed in the recipient’s country/region, the taxes will be paid by the customer.
  2. The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.
  3. The buyer need to pay for the cost incurred due to the buyer’s cancellation or return of the order halfway for personal reasons.

 

About Shipping Insurance Fee

  1. You can purchase a Shipping Insurance Fee to get a faster re-shipment and refund if your package is lost, stolen, damaged in transit with a courier within 30 days.
  2. If your order is refunded before shipment, the insurance cost will be refunded to your original payment account. In other cases, the insurance cost may not be refunded.

 

Additional Notes

  1. The local logistics deliver packages on business days (Mon. – Fri.). Therefore, to ensure your parcel will be delivered to you safely and punctually, please provide your shipping address in which you can receive the package on workday. Please make sure your phone is on because the shipper might contact you via phone.
  2. Some shipping services may need the customer’s signature to complete the delivery. If we ship the package to your delivery address and someone signs for it, we will not be responsible for any loss or theft of the package. Therefore, please make sure that you or an authorized person is at the delivery address.
